Important System Notice to Suppliers

The Commonwealth’s Supplier Portal will be unavailable beginning Friday, June 28, 2019 at 9:00 PM through Monday, July 1, 2019 at 6:00 AM for our regularly scheduled Fiscal Year-End Closing Process. 

During this time, the system is not available for transactions including new registrations, supplier record maintenance and bidding. 

Please return after 6:00 AM on Monday, July 1, 2019 to conduct business.
