Small Business Reserve (SBR) Program Data
The SBR program enables businesses of similar sizes and resources to compete with each other for specific government contract opportunities as prime contractors. In accordance with
Executive Order 2023-18, all Commonwealth agencies under the Governor's jurisdiction are directed to increase their participation in the SBR program. DGS will post data on a semiannual basis for each agency's total operational award for SBR procurements.
