TRAINING and Quality Assurance

The Bureau of Procurement training team develops high quality training and educational programs to improve work skills, productivity, professionalism, quality assurance and overall job satisfaction. Quality assurance staff are also available to assist agencies with procurement processes and contract preparation to help ensure the Commonwealth receives high quality goods and services.

Current resources available include:

Instructor-Led and Web-based courses for the CRPS, SAP, SRM, eMarketplace systems and general procurement processes.

End User Procedure documents for the CRPS, SAP, SRM, eMarketplace, ITQ, JAGGAER, and COSTARS systems.

Additional training resources to assist with system role mapping and workflow setup.
