The Pennsylvania Manual

The Pennsylvania Manual is a comprehensive guide to Pennsylvania's state and local government.  For more than 200 years, the Commonwealth has provided this information for the benefit of Pennsylvanians and serves as a valuable reference tool for schools, libraries and the general public.  The Manual is published biennially and includes Pennsylvania history, the Constitution and information regarding elections, municipalities and local and state office holders.  The Manual also profiles the powers, functions, and duties of the Executive, Judicial and Legislative branches of Commonwealth government.
